*PARTY INFO. SHEET*

Arrive at Skate-Away USA 5 minutes before your scheduled session time. When you enter the front door, drop off your guest list. List only the names invited to your party (children that you agree to pay for if they show up). Any names not listed on your guest list will be responsible for paying their own admission fees. We developed this check in system so you are not put in the position of paying for "uninvited" guests, and to cut down on confusion! Generally, non-skating parents & adults are not listed on your guest list. Seating is provided for people included on the guest list. The parent badges are non-transferable and will allow them to get free skates (and not be counted as party guest). Non-skating parents and babies are the only free spectators. All listed guests that arrive will receive a special wristband upon check-in, which allows them to receive free regular skates and signifies them as a party guest. Pizza and drinks are served about an hour into the party for the amount of guests with wristbands (10 drinks and 16 pieces of pizza for every 10 guests). Whole pizzas and extra drinks can also be added to the party tab in the snack bar.

3.Please note: NO FOOD OR DRINK MAY BE BROUGHT IN FROM OUTSIDE, OTHER THAN YOUR BIRTHDAY CAKE & ICE CREAM. A $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF MAKING YOUR PARTY RESERVATION TO MAKE IT OFFICIAL (In person Or Credit Card Over The Phone) . ALL CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES ARE SUBJECT TO FORFEIT OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
PAY YOUR PARTY BILL DURING OR IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE PARTY.
