Check In
Arrive at Skate-Away USA 5 minutes before your scheduled session time
or on Super Saturdays anytime at least 30 minutes before your seating time (let your guests know
about what time you'll get here and to not be late). Please don’t bring in
cake & supplies etc until you’ve already checked in. The eating tables are
not ready until your seating time, so use this time to get skates on
everyone. When
you enter the front door, drop off your guest list. Remember, your guests
cannot enter until we have the list. List only the names
invited to your party (children that you agree to pay for if they attend). Any names not
listed on your guest list will be responsible for paying their own admission
fees. We developed this check in system so you are not put in the position
of paying for "uninvited" guests, and to cut down on confusion! Generally, non-skating parents &
adults are not listed on your guest list, if they wish to skate they may buy
a ticket at the front ticket window. Seating is provided for people
attending on the guest list. The birthday parent badges are
non-transferable and will allow parents to get free skates (and not be counted
as party guest). Non-skating parents 18 & older and babies 1 and under are the only free
spectators. All babies must be in a stroller or baby carrier for safety. All listed guests that arrive will receive a special wristband upon
check-in, which allows them to receive free regular skates and signifies
them as a party guest.
Food
Pizza and drinks, (and ice cream if included in your party package), are served about an hour into the party on Sundays OR after the first 30 minutes of the seating time on Saturdays, for the amount of guests with wristbands (11 drinks and 16 pieces of pizza for every 10 guests + birthday person). If you would like to order extra pizza please let us know before this time so everything can be delivered together. It's also very important that all guests have arrived on time for an accurate food count. Party favor bags, glow items, & tokens (if included in your package) are delivered together after eating pizza, drinks, ice cream , and cake; usually about 15 minutes before the end of your seating time. Whole pizzas, extra drinks, fried foods, and everything in our Snack Bar and Stuff Shop can also be added to the party tab and delivered to you.
Remember, pizza is optional w/ Private parties, and it is
best to eat cake and pizza about 1 hour into the party.
2.Please be ready for the birthday presentation after pizza (have your camera ready!)
3.Please note: NO FOOD OR DRINK MAY BE BROUGHT IN FROM OUTSIDE, OTHER THAN
YOUR BIRTHDAY CAKE.
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all
parties (Payable in
person or Credit Card over the phone) . All cancellations and reschedules
are subject to forfeit of the deposit.
PLEASE PAY YOUR PARTY BILL DURING OR BEFORE THE PARTY IS
OVER. Extreme parties must be paid in full before the new skates can be
delivered.
If you have any questions or special needs, please let your party specialist
know and they will assist you. Our staff is dedicated to help you in every
